PASTA: Garofalo and Filotea are a few of my favorite pasta brands. I love the Cannelloni from Garofalo and the Egg pasta + the Spinach Fettuccini from Filotea.
FlOUR & TOMATOES: I like using Flour Tipo 00 for ravioli, pizza, rustic Italian bread recipes as well as cakes.
Pomi makes a nice chopped tomato.
