Rigatoni Bolognese is perfect for a Sunday Supper
Bake up a loaf of Rustic Italian Bread, add cheese, olives and wine and you are good to go. This rigatoni dish is great for family gatherings or even a quick week night meal. I like to top it off with Burrata for a creamy touch.
Rigatoni Bolognese with Ground Beef

Ingredients
Recipe bolognese with ground beef
1 box rigatoni
1 cup grated parmigiano cheese
2 tablespoons pesto sauce
1 large round burrata cheese for topping
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil pasta to box instructions to al dente.
- Drain pasta and add to meat sauce and toss.
- Place tossed pasta on a platter.
- Top off with burrata, pesto, and parmigiano cheese (see pic) and you are ready to serve!
