Rigatoni Bolognese is perfect for a Sunday Supper

Bake up a loaf of Rustic Italian Bread, add cheese, olives and wine and you are good to go. This rigatoni dish is great for family gatherings or even a quick week night meal. I like to top it off with Burrata for a creamy touch.

Ingredients

Recipe bolognese with ground beef
1 box rigatoni
1 cup grated parmigiano cheese
2 tablespoons pesto sauce
1 large round  burrata cheese for topping
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Boil pasta to box instructions to al dente.
  2. Drain pasta and add to meat sauce and toss.
  3. Place tossed pasta on a platter.
  4. Top off with burrata, pesto, and parmigiano cheese (see pic) and you are ready to serve!
