Having a Holiday Punch is a great way to include a signature cocktail to your festivities.
The Negroni Sbagliato is a slightly bitter drink with prosecco, campari, and sweet vermouth. The word sbagliato translates to ‘mistake’ as a busy bartender in Milan from the famous Bar Basso was making a Negroni and mistakenly used prosecco instead of gin. The drink was a hit. Much of a Negroni’s flavor comes from Campari, a bitter Italian aperitif. In the spirit of Sbagliato many bartenders put their own twist to this drink. Just a note that this particular punch is slightly bitter, people tend to love it or hate it.
